Michelin star restaurant La Trinité recently moved to a new location in Sluis, where they had a large professional kitchen installed by Bossuyt Grootkeukens. Ceilux provided the ceiling, lighting and ventilation connections.
A white clip-in 45° ceiling and the 'Flatlight' light fixture were selected. Both these products are perfect for professional catering kitchens and comply with HACCP standards. They are easy to maintain and the light fitting is resistant to breakage. Flatlight lighting ensures that the work stations are extremely well illuminated. The classic Ventilo was integrated as a pulse and extraction grid.
